VISION
We’re Redefining the Way the World Thinks About Solar, and Water Utility Solutions
Engazaat is Egypt's first integrated independent power and water producer (IPWP), enabling businesses with tech-enabled utility-scale sustainable and affordable cleantech. Our distinctive model offers solar energy and water utility "as a service", with zero-capex, high efficiency, hassle free technical burden, and access to the world's best domain knowledge to empower operations with highest returns.
GEOGRAPHY
A decade of steady growth in Egypt, taken forward to MEA region
SOCIALLY CONSCIOUS
INVESTMENT MODEL =
ZERO-CAPEX
High capital expenses associated with energy and water infrastructure has been a key barrier for businesses, sustainability, and mainstreaming innovations that can address climate challenges responsibly, slowing down massive economic developments.

With social business innovation, technology, and applied sciences at the core of our on-ground projects we have embarked on a long journey with our partners to decode this challenge, and develop a game-changing zero-capex model; providing solar energy and water utility "as a service" that has the ability to unlock a big addressable market, while mitigating bankability risks and enabling sound financial projections to our stakeholders to "scale at large".
EFFICIENT SUSTAINABLE UTILITY MEANS VIABLE ECONOMICS
For decades, Egypt and many markets of the MEA region have adopted subsidy policies that included fuel, energy, and food verticals.
In Egypt, since 2014, free-market economic reforms have replaced the subsidy policies gradually for these strategic verticals, and consequently liberating their economics. As a result, sustainability projects had turned from a niche "ecological impact - (nice to have kind of business)" to "the inevitable route" opening a wider mainstream market for whom sustainability now means sound economics.

Enabling businesses with economically viable models of green and blue infrastructure "efficiently" is a core underlying principal of engazaat's solar energy and water utility solutions, utilising the world's best minds in energy and water infra-tech consultancy to bring about the lowest levelized cost of energy and water utility with the highest returns and efficiencies.
SIMPLICITY
VIA A SMART, HOLISTIC, AND CUSTOMIZED APPROACH
As the world grows more complex, our systems design follows a multi-disciplinary, smart, integrated, and a customized data-driven approach, mitigating the paradoxical nature of energy and water dilemma, the surrounding environment of each project, and the specifities of subject-matter verticals and businesses.
FINTECH ENABLED
We integrated the group's long-standing expertise in enterprise automation and ICT into engazaat's sustainable energy and water solutions to address bankability and feasibility risks, resulting in a resilient go-to-market portfolio and a wider potential of addressable market.

For the first time in the energy and water infrastructure business, we are enabling our business partners with "Pay As You Go" (PAYGO), and "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) financing solutions, hence, decentralizing energy and water enablement, and accelerating the rate of sustainable urbanization and developments in Egypt, and MEA.
